Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (Eastern Standard Time) are typically processed and shipped the next day.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Tracking Your Order
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders > $20.00. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 2-4 additional business days for delivery, depending on distance from Montreal, Quebec.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate Ground Shipping for orders < $20.00. Once your package has been processed and shipped please allow 2-4 additional business days for delivery, depending distance from Seattle, Washington.
Expedited Shipping
Quick shipping options are available during checkout, rates are calculated based on weight and destination. We make every effort to prioritize the processing of Expedited orders.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.
