Every Grayl is accompanied by a ten (10) year warranty covering workmanship and materials and we stand behind everything we sell.

365-Day Returns

To be eligible for a hassle-free return on, you must provide proof of purchase (your order number is sufficient).

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied, you may return your purchase for replacement or refund within one year (365 days) of purchase.

Sale items marked with a discount of 50% or greater are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not cover the cost of shipping product back to us nor do we refund shipping fees paid on the original order.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Purchased from Authorized Retailers

If you purchased from a GRAYL retailer, please return your items to the original place of purchase. If, for any reason, they are unwilling to accept your return, please contact us.
