Shipped super fast. I love

"Shipped super fast. I love the design. It’s a bit heavy for my liking. First 8 presses were great. By end of day 2 backpacking, clear lake water would no longer pass through filter. No obstructions or debris. Ended up using my trusty backup filter to complete the trip. It also has been leaking from drink cap since first try. Water tastes better. Great design but take extra filters with you. Probably costs more than it’s worth, in my opinion."

Wonderful Tool

"This hasn’t only been a great water bottle, but a wonderful tool to help stay hydrated in the most remote areas. I love camping, and I’ve been in areas where the water hasn’t been the most trustworthy. This bottle has helped me feel comfortable drinking that water. Even if you aren’t remote and you’re camping somewhere not entirely remote, if you have a water source near you, you won’t have to worry about drinking that water. I already had one.

"I already had one along with another friend of mine. We took it out camping, and it allowed all of us plus our six kids between the two of us to drink water cleanly. Then, I started taking it to work And the guys in the field we do commercial roofing. Keep running out of water while doing repairs or open work. But there's always a ready source of puddles or cold water coming out of an a c unit that needs to be cleaned to drink. So we all put our money together to buy twelve of them and it has worked out amazingly."

"Finally had the funds & a Discount to try this out. . . The Sawyer Squeeze Filter & CNOC 2L/3L are my go to, for Price & water sustainability, where you need several Litres of water per Hour. . . So for day to day use, the Grayl System, is a good option, but can't replace the time a Sawyer saves!!! Get the Price of the Filter down to $10 & it would be more feasible!!!"

Is it possible to buy the new outer cup with the bevel by itself?: Yes, we have a full assortment of replacement components available on our website.
What’s the difference between nature and covert?: Thank you so much for reaching out. Nature and Covert are just collections of different colors.
I feel like I already know the answer but… I have a geopress and I thought the filter was dry so I reassembled the bottle. 1 year later (today) I pulled the cartridge out and it’s still damp. Do I need to replace it? If I filter a a bunch will it clean the filter or do you think bacteria has grown?: Thank you for reaching out. Because the filter was stored damp for such an extended period of time, you will need to replace it before continuing to use your Grayl.
Will it filter sulfate out of water?: At this time we currently do not have any testing data related to the removal of sulfate.
Does the GeoPress come with a filter/purifier cartridge, or is that sold separately?: Every Grayl purifier bottle comes standard with a purifier cartridge preinstalled.
